Provide 24-hour per day, 7 day per week coverage for ship and rail operations with operational up time of over 99.5%.
Perform upgrades and modifications to cranes to increase operator satisfaction and production
Implement Downtime Reduction and Standards & Measures Program
Provide engineering services for mechanical, electrical, and structural needs.
Establish and maintain a spare parts inventory.
